WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE PEOPLE WHO VISIT OUR WEBSITE?

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including information about your browser, network and device, web pages you visited prior to coming to this website, web pages you view while on this website, and your IP address. Squarespace needs the data to run this website and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

WHEN DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

When you place an order on this website, we collect your personal information to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your billing and shipping address, details relating to your purchase, email address, name and phone number. This information is shared with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider so that they can provide website services to us. As you go through the checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
When you subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site using a web form, we collect the data requested in the web form to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Mailer Lite for storage. Our website is regularly scanned for security holes and known vulnerabilities to ensure your visit is as safe as possible.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Squarespace White Glove Security and SSL technology.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Squarespace tracks the number of unique visitors with a browser cookie created when someone first visits our site. This cookie lasts for two years. If visitors clear their cookies or open the site from a different browser, the Squarespace app counts their first new visit toward unique visitors. 
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically. Customer purchase records are kept for at least 6 years to comply with legal requirements.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or, at minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website, in the footer.
Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.
You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.
